The Philippine Charity and Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) e-lotto ticket sales ended today, July 13, 2024, according to an announcement published on July 12, 2024, through the PCSO e-lotto app.
“PCSO is gearing up to make our e-lotto services better!” the advisory said. “A more improved e-lotto solution is coming your way as we transition to a new platform,” the announcement went on.
The e-lotto app will no longer be able to be used to purchase lottery tickets as of July 13, 2024. Instead, bettors buy their lottery tickets from their preferred lotto outlets.
The PCSO also suggested that players of e-lotto who have winnings and top-ups in their e-lotto wallets withdraw them by July 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. to transfer them to their Gcash accounts.
It also guaranteed that after July 12, 2024, e-lotto players’ advance draw tickets would still be valid and would be drawn from those that were still in the system. In addition, the PCSO advised that on or before July 31, 2024, players take screenshots of every advance-draw electronic lottery ticket they own.
Recall that the nation’s “first and only official PCSO online lottery” was introduced on Dec. 15, 2023, with the debut of the PCSO e-lotto online betting platform. ▲▼
