Signed by the Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin by the authority of the president, Jan. 18, 2024, Thursday was declared a special non-working day in the City of Santa. Rosa, Province of Laguna, said Proclamation 437, which was signed on Jan. 4, 2024.
The day marks the 232nd Founding Anniversary Celebration of Laguna coinciding the 25th Sikhayan Festival.
