January 25, 2024, was declared a special non-working day in Carigara, Leyte and Baco, Oriental Mindoro for their founding anniversaries and in Roxas, Oriental Mindoro for the celebration of its feast and festival.
The Palace approved January 25th as a special non-working day for the municipality of Carigara, Leyte, and the municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, the Proclamations 451, 454 and 455 stated.
On January 17, 2024, the Proclamation 451 was signed declaring the January 25th of 2024 as a special non-working day in Baco, Oriental Mindoro as it will celebrate its founding anniversary.

Proclamation 454, signed on January 19, 2024, declared the 25th of January as a special non-working day in celebration of the 453rd Founding Anniversary of Carigara, Leyte.

Meanwhile, Proclamation 455, signed on January 22, 2024, also declared the 25th of January a special non-working day in Roxas, Oriental Mindoro in celebration of the SIPAG Festival and the Feast of Sto. Niño.
